Choir and Music

Every Sunday morning, and on special worship occasions, our choir leads our congregation in lifting our song to the Lord. Our choir also makes their own musical offering to God with anthems, introits and/or benedictions each time we worship.

There are many opportunities to share on an occasional basis should you not want to make a weekly choral commitment. Perhaps your musical talents are instrumental rather than vocal. The Pilgrims choir often incorporates cantors (solo singers/song leaders), and instrumentalists (violin, flute, recorder, mandolin, guitar, percussion—even tuba, among others) into our musical worship. To find out more, to join the choir, or to otherwise share your musical gifts:

  • Email Rob Passow, our Music Director, at
  • Send Rob a direct message on Twitter (@Rob_Mus)
  • Simply show up at rehearsal!

Getting involved is easy, and the rewards are great!

Rehersal Schedule

The Pilgrims Choir takes the following opportunities to rehearse:
Sunday mornings from 9:30 AM to 10:45 in preparation for the service.
After worship on the 2nd, 4th, & 5th Sundays of the month for about an hour (from 12:30-ish to 1:30-ish) in order to work ahead.
On three or four Saturday mornings throughout the year, we schedule retreats for food, fellowship, and some concentrated rehearsal.
